Offerings
Although every experience is curated to your specific needs, in a typical session, I start by guiding you through breath-work and mindfulness exercises to promote relaxation, presence, and intention. Then I play certain musical instruments to help you reach deep states of relaxation. Sessions can range from 30 - 90 minutes with the last 5-10 minutes reserved for grounding, reflection, and discussion.
During virtual sessions, I use professional binaural audio equipment which mimics the human ear, creating a truly special and high quality experience.
